This Privacy Policy explains how CATCHLEAD LTD, trading as Nightmeadow Games ("we", "us"), handles information in connection with our mobile games, including Glowlings: Swarm Survivors (the "Games").
Gameplay and device analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect pseudonymous information such as: device type and operating system version, country-level location (derived from IP address), session length, gameplay events (for example, runs started, levels reached, features used), and app version. This helps us fix problems and make the Games better. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.
Crash data. If the app crashes, technical crash reports (device model, OS version, stack traces) may be collected to help us fix bugs.
Advertising. Where a Game includes optional ads (such as rewarded videos you choose to watch), our advertising partners (for example Google AdMob) may process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) and related data to serve and measure ads, subject to your consent where required. On iOS, ads tracking only occurs if you allow it via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Where UK/EU data protection law applies, we rely on: our legitimate interests (to run and improve the Games, and keep them secure); your consent (for personalised advertising, where sought); and compliance with legal obligations.
Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where our Games are played by younger users, advertising partners are configured to serve non-personalised ads where required by law (including COPPA and GDPR-K).
We share data only with the service providers named above (analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and app store platforms), each acting under their own privacy terms:
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected data.
Analytics data is retained for a limited period as configured with our providers (typically no longer than 14 months) and then deleted or aggregated. Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the app or reset your save in-game.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You can also: reset your device advertising ID; withdraw ad-tracking consent in your device settings; and delete all local game data by uninstalling the app.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
